With gas prices shoot through the ceiling, my bike would go anywhere, but I'm not the pedals of the bicycle, that if a friend or parks. Just wonder if such a thing exist? Thank you in advance.

There are several options. First, as others have mentioned, there are sandals or shoes that accepts a pair. Most of them are Shimano SPD-style (that of a cove is mounted). A number of business units toe belt latch in an SPD pedal, so that you can use normal shoes. However, the format of the SPD is probably the best choice.
