What type of toothpaste, toothbrush, & mouthwash really is truly "recommended by dentists"? - dentist mouthwash

Like everyone says, suggested to use a dental benefits! "I red light, and wondered what the toothpaste, mouthwash and toothbrushes for the best protection against tooth decay. I really need any fresh breath (sp?). What do you recommend I use?
